Paralytic, SIFF, & Actor Training
We have so much great stuff to talk about in this update, so please excuse any effusiveness!
First off, reflecting on our World Premiere of Paralytic, we can’t help but brim with pride and gratitude. After two sold out screenings at Seattle International Film Festival, we are now moving forward by submitting to other festivals and taking meetings to hopefully land a distribution deal to get out film out to the world. We would love to keep you updated on our progress, so please subscribe to the Paralytic site, and get the latest news about the movie.

Brides to Be
Our co-founder, Angela DiMarco, enjoyed another world premiere of a feature film she starred in: Brides to Be. We attended the premiere at this year’s Twist of Pride Film Festival, and the film goes on sale July 01, 2016. You can learn more about the film on their website.
You can learn more about Angela (including her passion for the horror genre) and Brides to Be in this great interview with Mad Bros Media. Just click the play icon below and enjoy!
David recently was a producer on two great projects: The Lunchbox Brigade and 1-800-Witches Gotta Burn. The Lunchbox Brigade will premiere at the 2016 Hollyshorts Film Festival, along with a MTP film, The Cost of Things. The Lunchbox Brigade stars some amazing northwest talent, all 13 years and younger, and should be a stellar family film. You can learn more about the film by liking the Facebook page and keeping up with their news.
Moving in an entirely different direction was 1-800-Witches, an action packed horror-comedy, with special effects, fight choreography, tons of extras, and an horrifying witch played by our friend, Lorraine Montez. Please keep up with that film on their Facebook.
In other news, we just submitted two short films to Northwest Film Forum’s Local Sightings festival, so we hope to have more great content to share with you this fall.
Finally, I am proud to promote our current and upcoming Mighty Tripod Acting Studio workshops and courses. We are currently running our first ever screenwriting workshop, instructed by our friend, Tony Tibbetts. We are headed into our third and final week, and I think we have a great offering here. We will have the workshop up for sale again this fall, if not sooner.
Coming up in July we are running Camera 1: Foundations, a Youth Acting Workshop, an Open House (come get to know the MT Acting Studio and learn about the biz) and an Auditioning for TV workshop. You can learn about and register for all of these events on our site.
Our latest Mighty Minute also covers a bit of the above, so check that video out and subscribe to our YouTube Channel!
