Mighty Tripod, LLC owns and operates the mightytripod.com website, which provides services for actors. Services include in-person acting classes, actor coaching and consulting, and similar services related to actor training.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, if anyone decided to use our Service, the mightytripod.com website.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection & Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Refund Policy
In most cases, no refunds are available on workshops, seminars, and other one-day events. For most multi-week offerings, studio credit will be available if you need to cancel your enrollment, assuming you contact us with enough lead time.
When services, products, and classes are purchased, cancellations by students will lead to partial studio credit only. Meaning, if a class is canceled by a student after an order has been placed, 50% studio credit is offered as a full and complete service exchange. For example, if you cancel your enrollment for Camera 1, you will have studio credit in the amount of 50% of your original purchase another session of Camera 1. This studio credit will expire 12 months after the original purchase date, and the studio credit can also be used towards other services at Mighty Tripod (coaching, consulting, taping, etc.). If you drop/cancel your enrollment within a week of the start date of your class, no refund will be granted.
When monetary refunds are issued, which occurs on a case-by-case basis, refunds are issued via PayPal, Stripe.com, or by check. In these instances, refunds are delivered within 14 days of the refund request.
Mask Policy
Masks must be worn when in class, but can be taken off when performing. We believe masking reduces the spread of germs and infections.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will not notify you of any changes on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
