Refund Policy

For many of our classes and events, refunds are not available. When this is the case, “No Refunds” will be indicated on those individual events.

When services, products, and classes are purchased, cancellations by students will lead to studio credit only. Meaning, if a class is canceled by a student after an order has been placed, studio credit is offered as a full and complete service exchange – If you cancel Camera 1, for example, you will have credit for our next Camera 1 when it hits the calendar. This studio credit will expire 12 months after the original purchase date.

When monetary refunds are issued, which occurs on a case-by-case basis, refunds are issued via PayPal, Stripe.com, or by check. In these instances, refunds are delivered within 14 days of the refund request.

Mask Policy

Masks must be worn when in class, but can be taken off when performing. We believe masking reduces the spread of germs and infections.

Health & Safety

If you are felling sick, you should not attend classes or come to the studio. Please contact us if you are feeling under the weather, so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Anti-Harassment

We do not tolerate bullying or harassment at the studio. We celebrate inclusivity, diversity and welcome anyone from any walk of life to train at Mighty Tripod.
