Learn all about acting, auditioning, actor biz, and the PNW filmmaking scene in this dynamic, fun, and challenging course for actors 14+. This course is taught by studio founders Angela DiMarco & David Hogan.
This 5-week course for actors is all about on-camera auditioning & the business of the on-camera business. Students will work in every class, auditioning with scripts from film, TV, and commercials. Audition simulations are recorded and footage is provided to participants so learning can continue outside of the studio setting. Our studio is a safe space for learning for actors of any age, and this course is built for actor age 14+.
This course is designed to give actors confidence and comfort in front of the camera, but you will also learn about the PNW Entertainment Industry (agents, casting directors, producers) and where to find local auditions.

Who is this Course For?
Levels: Beginner – IntermediateAges: 14+This course is for actors who are new to acting in general, and for actors with some acting background, but limited on-camera experience. A lot of actors who have worked on the stage, but are newer to the on-camera industry are a great fit for this class, but we teach many actors in Master the Audition who have no acting/performance experience.
Many of our students take this course more than once because auditioning is such an important skill to master (note: you might not master auditioning if you only take this course once, but you are always welcome to take it again!).
This course is where most new students (new to this studio) start their journey with us, and we consider it foundational training for the northwest on-camera actor.
