Our region has great television shows filming – Z Nation, Grimm, The Librarians, Portlandia – and web series’ also subscribe to the episodic formula, and have similar characteristics to TV shows. This workshop will teach students how to approach an audition for TV, and set them up for success in the room. We will work on scripts from TV and all students will work in front of the camera, practicing audition simulations, and receiving coaching from the instructors.
- Students will receive materials beforehand to prepare for the workshop.
- Bring a SDHC flash card to class if you want to take your footage home. We will also have them for sale for $10 cash.
