MONOLOGUE TIME!
This workshop is for actors of all experience levels. Ages 13-18.
Actors should always have at least two monologues ready to go: one comedic and one dramatic.
2020 is here, auditions have started and many actors are asked to submit or come in with a monologue.
Also, agent interviews request actors to do monologues, TPS generals and the 48 Hour Film Project.
Don’t be the actor who doesn’t have one ready.
This workshop will focus on helping actors bring their monologues to the next level!
First, actors must email their monologue to Angela for approval, at MightyTripod@gmail.com.
This will ensure that the actors have strong pieces that showcase their talents!
Once monologues are approved, actors are asked to be fully memorized for class.
Each actor will perform their piece in class and get direction from Angela for their second take.
The second take will be filmed with 3 point lighting, so you go home with a great looking clip!
