Intro to Acting: Mind, Body, & Voice
Mighty Tripod is thrilled to welcome Meg back to the studio! Meg is a dynamic instructor, a stellar performer, and we always hear great things about her from her students. In this class, Meg will teach you how to connect with your mind, body, and voice, which will allow you to build a foundation for dynamic performance and emotionally honest acting.
It is our firm belief that students of acting not only only need to learn the craft of acting, but they need a method for tuning and training their instrument (body) to become liberated and empowered performers.

Mandates around masking indoors is currently being updated nationally, and there are different guidelines coming from the state and federal federal governments. On the first day of class, please come masked up. Meg will discuss options once you are in the room together, and, of course, you can choose to stay masked for the duration of each class. In our current session (Jan-Feb 2022), all students are wearing masks for the entire time.
At this time, a COVID-19 vaccination is required for attendance, and your vaccination record must be brought to the first day of the session.
