Add Us to Your Safe-Senders List and Never Miss a Newsletter
Sometimes a message from Mighty Tripod Acting Studio lands in spam or the Promotions tab. Adding david@mightytripod.com to your safe senders takes less than a minute and keeps class details, workshop updates, and scheduling messages from getting lost.
Below are a few tips to help you never miss out on what’s happening at the studio.
Gmail Users
- If an email from us is in Spam, open it and click Not spam.
- If it’s in the Promotions tab, drag it to Primary and click Yes when asked about future messages.
- For extra protection, add david@mightytripod.com to your Google Contacts.
- Optional filter: click the gear icon, then See all settings, then Filters and Blocked Addresses, then Create a new filter. Enter our address in the From field, click Create filter, check Never send it to Spam, and click Create filter again.
Outlook Users
- Open Settings, then Mail, then Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter david@mightytripod.com.
- If one of our emails is already in Junk, select it and choose Not junk.
Apple Mail Users
- Open one of our emails and tap or click our name at the top.
- Choose Add to Contacts. Mail treats saved contacts as trusted senders.
- Optional: choose Add to VIP so our messages are always flagged.
Yahoo Users
- If an email from us is in Spam, select it and click Not spam.
- Add david@mightytripod.com as a contact.
- Optional: go to Settings, then More Settings, then Filters, then Add new filters. Name it, enter our address in the From field, choose Inbox as the folder, and save.
Still Not Seeing Our Emails?
Check your spam and promotions folders, and make sure our address is spelled correctly in your account. If you use a work or school email address, your IT department may need to approve us. You’re always welcome to reach out at david@mightytripod.com or through the contact page, and we’ll help.
