Please stay home if you’re sick—we’ll work with you on alternatives.
- If you are registered for a multi week course and you miss a session, we cannot guarantee that the missed work or lessons can be made up. We will do our best on a case-by-case basis to fill in any gaps on missed lessons and assignments.
Coaching, Taping & Consulting:
You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, or your payment is forfeited.

Classes & Workshops
One-day events: No refunds.
Multi-week courses: Studio credit may be available if you cancel with enough notice.
Cancellation after purchase: 50% studio credit (valid 12 months, applies to any service). We offer 100% refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Within one week of class start: No refund or credit.
Refunds (when approved) are processed within 14 days via PayPal, Stripe, or check.
Appointments (Coaching/Consulting/Taping)
Require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Cancelling or no-showing without 24 hours notice results in forfeited payment. No exceptions.
Health & Safety
