He was the casting associate on Modern Family for all eleven seasons\, from pilot to finale\, a total of 250 episodes.  Casting Director credits include the film Tapawingo (panel at Comic-Con this July) and Sci‑Fest: The Los Angeles Science Fiction One-Act Play Festival which ran for three seasons.  Early days\, Allen started as an actor\, with roles in Our Town and King Lear for the Atlanta Shakespeare Company\, films No Pills in Happyland and The Unreliable Narrator\, and the video game L.A. Noire.
