You will also learn essential information about our local industry\, including casting director and talent agent tips. The business of the business will also be a focal point\, and on our second day\, you will participate in a headshot session or taping session for your actor’s marketing portfolio. \nBootcamp Launch Date: January 15\, 11am2 Days @ 11AM-6PMSeattle\, WAGeorgetown Neighborhood\n\nLearn Business Skills So You Know How to Find Success\nPractice with Scripts So You Know How to Audition Competitively\nGet a Professional Headshot or Professional Tape Made (Monologue or Short Scene) for Your Marketing\n\nFINAL THOUGHTS\nThis bootcamp is built for actors who are just starting their journey. A lot of information and work will take place over the weekend\, and we will move at a pace that is challenging\, exciting\, and fun. The benefit of this bootcamp is that it demystifies the local industry and is taught by a working professional with 20+ years of professional acting experience. Participants in the workshop will learn a solid auditioning technique\, and begin setting goals for a fruitful and successful 2022 in the local entertainment industry. Plus\, each student will walk away with a headshot (one look) or a professional video clip(60-90 seconds) for their portfolio. \nAbout \nDavid S. Hogan \nActor\, Filmmaker\, Photographer\, CoachDavid started his career in 2000\, and is an award winning actor for stage and screen. In 2012 he and his wife\, Angela DiMarco\, founded Mighty Tripod\, a film production and education company.As an educator and photographer\, he loves setting students up for success by teaching the foundations of on-camera acting\, marketing\, and good business practices. Hogan\nSafety: Vaccinated students only\n\nWho is this course for?\nThis 4-week course is for Intermediate actors. If you have never performed (in class or on set)\, then this class is not for you. If you have trained with us in one of our multi-week courses\, then you are going to be a good fit for this course. That is if you are 18 years of age or higher. And\, as mentioned above\, you need show proof of vaccination to attend. \n\nThis is a course that touches on improv\, partner work\, scene study\, and performance techniques.
